What is beam bending?
Beam bending is a method by which we can make revolved parts of any size, shape directly from CAD drawing.
This is done by having number of cuts in the main profile which can be rotated.
As we use a thin Nichrome wire on the Hotwire Machine, the finish obtained will be good.

Procedure:
1) First we cut the required profile dxf using hotwire machine.
2) Next we rotate the block by 90 deg.
3) Then by using the beam bending module in MultiCNC we generate the dxf having number of cuts.
4) After cutting the dxf generated above, we can get the final profile by bending the beams to close the slits.
